Definition
All DecaMiner equipment imports/exports require customs clearance procedures, including submission of complete trade documents and payment of duties/VAT/warehouse fees. Taxes are levied directly by destination country customs, not by DecaMiner.

  • Special cases: 3-14 days (missing documents/inspection/policy changes)

  • Commercial Invoice (equipment model/quantity/value)
  • Packing List (packaging specifications)
  • Transport Documents (Air Waybill/Bill of Lading)
  • Certificate of Origin (with DecaMiner seal)
  • Special Certificates (CE/FCC etc.)

Import:

  • Local Import License (if required)
  • Customs Power of Attorney
  • Customs Declaration (DecaMiner technical parameters)
  • AML Compliance Certificate (some countries)
