1. Shipping Timelines & Rules
1.1 Mining Equipment
- In-stock Miners: Shipped within 3 business days. Bulk orders may take 1-2 additional days (via DHL/UPS/ARAMEX/TNT).
- Pre-order Miners: Shipment follows factory schedules (estimated time displayed on the product page). Delays may occur due to production issues.
1.2 Liquid Cooling Systems
- DDP Air/Sea Freight: Requires customers to provide the nearest port/airport for delivery.
- Warehouses: Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Moscow (shipped from the closest location).

- Global Express: DHL/UPS/ARAMAX/EMS/TNT (automatically optimized).
- Self-pickup: Available in Shenzhen/Hong Kong/Moscow warehouses (confirm 1 day in advance).
2.2 Liquid Cooling Systems
- Sea Freight: Costs vary by port. Confirm address and fees with customer service before ordering.
2.3 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
- Covered Regions: USA, Canada, Russia, UAE, EU countries, etc. (contact customer service for activation).
- Non-DDP Regions: We assist with tax optimization via lower declared value (request in advance).
3. Duties & Taxes
- Customer Responsibility: Product prices exclude duties/taxes. Customers must comply with local laws.
- Support: We provide "low-value invoices" to reduce tax impact (no guarantees).
- Risks: Return shipping costs due to documentation issues will be borne by the customer.
4. Order Tracking & Receipt
4.1 Tracking
- Track via email/SMS with tracking number or log into your DecaMiner account.
- Contact customer service for assistance.
4.2 Receipt Requirements
- Inspect Packaging: Refuse damaged parcels and contact customer service immediately.
- Unboxing Video:
✅ Continuous, unedited video showing tracking number, SN codes, and full unboxing.
✅ End video after confirming product integrity. Highlight issues in the video if any. - Confirmation: Signing the receipt implies acceptance of the product’s condition.
5. Key Notes
- Address Accuracy:
- No address changes after shipment. Modifications post-shipping incur risks and fees.
- Returned parcels due to wrong addresses will be resent at the customer’s expense.
